Registration fee:
The registration fee is:
- 650 Euros – if registered before 1 May 2009;
- 750 Euros – if registered after 1 May 2009.
If more than two representatives of the same organization attend:
- 610 Euros for the second participant;
- 580 Euros for the third participant.
The registration fee covers the following costs:
• Participation in the forum (from Thursday 4 June through Friday 5 June 2009)
• Catering (lunch, dinner on 4 June; lunch, dinner on 5 June; breakfast, lunch, dinner on 6 June; breakfast and lunch on 7 June), coffee breaks, according to the programme;
• Place for bilateral meetings;
• Handout materials;
• Transportation of participant from place of accommodation to the forum venue (if the participant stays in Uzbekistan Hotel);
• Simultaneous translation from Russian language to English and from English language to Russian throughout the forum;
• Registration of companies and delegates on the website;
• Sightseeing bus tour in Tashkent;
• Tripto Samarkand(introduction to the history of Uzbekistan);
• Accommodation in the city of Samarkand.
Registration fee does not cover travel, visa and accommodation expenses.
The contract and the bill are sent after the application for participation is received.
Additionally the organizers of the Forum offer the guests to arrange the trips to historical cities of Bukhara and Khiva, as well as mountain resorts located in Tashkent region (Tien-Shan mountains). The expenses for the organization of these tours are covered by the participants separately.

Superior room$150.00
ÝIs one large friendly decorated room either with a king-size or two separate twin beds available. Additionally these rooms offer a separate comfortable sitting area, with a couch and a glass table, and a desk.
Junior Suite$360.00
Consists of two rooms: a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate sitting area, and a living room, furnished with a comfortable couch that invites to relax after a hard day. The two rooms are designed in a modern style and are separated by a single door that can be closed, if the living room is used for a meeting.
Senior Suite$480.00
Is a two-room Suite with luxury furniture and a comfortable setting. Located on the 9th floor of the hotel, with a beautiful panoramic view of the city.
Executive Suite$720.00
The Executive Suite is located on the 10th floor of the hotel, with a beautiful view overlooking Tashkent. A nicely furnished living room can serve you as a place to relax and enjoy a meal, and as a place to hold meetings.
Adjoining to it are a large bedroom with a king-size bed and a comfortable bathroom offering a Jacuzzi and a separate shower stall. And of course there are all the necessary amenities, to make you stay in the hotel as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Presidential Suite$1700.00
Three impressive spacious luxury rooms are combined in a Presidential Suite located at the top floor of the hotel. The main room, decorated in decent color, welcomes you and your guests to relax. The room has beautiful modern furniture and is technologically equipped. The second room has a big table for ten people, that can be used both for dining and as a conference table. The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, a comfortable armchair, and a television set. Adjoining to the bedroom is a luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi and a private sauna. The Presidential Suite also has a small kitchen and a separate restroom for guests.
All rooms offer 38 television channels, a mini-bar, a telephone that allows to make long-distance calls, a safe, and an individual AC control.
The price of accommodation includes:
• breakfast;
• use of Health Club (swimming pool, sun deck, gym, sauna);
• Fast check-in and check-out;
• WI-FI Internet on the territory of the lobby and a Rendez Vous bar for guests staying in the hotel (free);

A fee of 20 US dollars is charged for additional breakfast. For the delivery of breakfast to the room during the working hours of the Brasserie on the Park restaurant from 6:30 to 10:30 in the morning an additional fee of 3 US dollars is charged. For early breakfast delivery to the room between 1:00 am and 6:30 am a fee of 1 US dollar is charged.

Check-in is performed at 14:00. In case of early check-in, additional information on the booking is required. Unless such information is available, the Hotel cannot guarantee the preparedness of the above-described rooms.
Registration of the check-in from 7:00 in the morning to 14:00 in the afternoon makes up 50% of the cost stated in the offer and is charged additionally. The registration of the check-in earlier than 7:00 in the morning makes up 100% of the rate stated in the offer and is charged additionally.
Registration of the checkout is performed at 12:00 in the afternoon. The registration of the checkout before 6:00 in the evening makes up 50% of the rate stated in the offer and is charged additionally. The registration of the checkout after 18:00 in the evening makes up 100% of the rate stated in the offer and is charged additionally.

The registration fee covers:
- lunches on 4 and 5 June (first two days of the forum);
- gala-dinner on 4 June (1st day of the forum);
- beer night and dinner on 5 June (2nd day of the forum);
- coffee breaks on 4 and 5 June (first two days of the forum);
- lunch and dinner in Samarkand as a part of the trip (3rd day of the forum);

The sightseeing tour in Tashkent and the trip to the historical sites of Samarkand, and the catering int eh city of Samarkand (as well as the entry tickets to the monuments) are included in the registration fee.
Sightseeing tour in Tashkent
4 June – Day 1.
Sightseeing bus tour to the centre of Tashkent city.
Begins at 17:00. Departure from INTERCONTINENTAL TASHKENT Hotel.
Visits to:
Alisher Navoi National Park;
Alisher Navoi monument;
Abul Kasy Madrasah (19th century);
Parliament building;
Hast Imom Square.
Trip to Samarkand city:
6 June – Day 3.
- Departure for Samarkand at 8.00 in the morning (330 km, five hours on the road). Arrival in Samarkand.
- Check-in at the PRESIDENT PALAÑE Hotel (Single and double accommodation available).
- Lunch at the restaurant of PRESIDENT PALAÑE Hotel.
After lunch – Samarkand tour:
- Registan Square – Registan ensemble consisting of Ulugbek Madrasah (1417-1420);
- Sher-Dor Madrasah (1619-1636 );
- Tilla Kari Madrasah-Mosque (1647-1660);
- Gur-Emir Tomb (14-15 centuries). Gur Emir (translated as tomb of the ruler, i.e. Amir Temur), the tomb of Amir Temur, his sons and grandchildren. The mausoleum is a prominent architectural monument.
- Dinner.
7 June – Day 4.
- Breakfast at the hotel.
Samarkand tour continued after the breakfast:
- Museum of Afrosiab city – “the treasury of ancient culture of Samarkand”. Some of the unique findings of the archaeologists found on the ruins of Afrosiab that was destroyed by Mongolians are kept in this museum.
- Ulugbek’s Observatory (15th century);
- Bibi-Hanim Mosque built in 1399-1404 on the order of Amir Temur after his return from the India campaign.
- Shahi-Zinda Necropolis. The ensemble got its name – Living King – from the mausoleum in which the cousin of the Prophet Kusam ibn Abbas who died in a battle was buried. Erected in the mid-11th century on his grave, it served as the core of the whole ensemble. Surrounding it are unique mausoleums built in the times of Amir Temur, Mirzo Ulugbek and other Temurids (14-15 centuries).
- Lunch. Departure for Tashkent at 15:00.
