Terms of participation
Registration fee:
- $900 USD (Samarkand trip included)
- $750 USD (Samarkand trip excluded)
Group participation from the same company:
- From 3 to 5 participants - 10% discount;
- More than 5 participants - 15% discount.
Last day of registration :
- For participants who need a visa to enter Uzbekistan – March 15, 2019;
- For participants who do not need a visa to enter Uzbekistan – March 20, 2019.
The registration fee includes:
• right to participate in the event (27-30 March);
• meal (March 27-30), coffee break, according to the program;
• place for bilateral meetings;
• handout;
• simultaneous translation from Russian into English and from English into Russian throughout the forum;
• registration of the company and delegates on the website;
• transfer of the participant from the hotel to the venue of the event;
• trip to Samarkand (transportation costs Tashkent-Samarkand-Tashkent);
• accommodation in Samarkand.
The registration fee does not include transportation costs (arrival and departure from Tashkent), visa costs and hotel accommodation.
Contract and invoice will be sent after receiving the Application for participation. The application can be filled in and submitted by any of the following means: on-line (on www.saipro.uz), by fax, by mail, or by e-mail (info@saipro.uz).

When registering before March 13, 2019, hotel reservation is made by the organizer.
When registering after March 13, 2019, hotel reservation is made independently.
