Terms of participation
Registration fee: $800
Last day of registration :
- For participants who need a visa to enter Uzbekistan – 6 September, 2018;
- For participants who do not need a visa to enter Uzbekistan – 11 September, 2018.
The registration fee includes:
• right to attend the event (14-15 September)
• meals (lunch, dinner on 14 September; breakfast, lunch, dinner on 15 September), coffee break, according to agenda;
• place for bilateral negotiations;
• handout information;
• simultaneous translation from Russian into English and from English into Russian;
• registration of delegates;
• transfer from hotel to venue;
• trip to Samarkand (transport fees Tashkent – Samarkand - Tashkent);
• accommodation in Samarkand.
The registration fee does not include international travel expenses (arrival in and departure from Tashkent), visa expenses, and hotel accommodation.
Contract and invoice will be sent after receiving the Application for participation. The application can be filled in and submitted by any of the following means: on-line (on www.saipro.uz), by fax, by mail, or by e-mail (info@saipro.uz).

When registering before September 1, 2018, hotel reservation is made by the organizer.
When registering after September 1, 2018, hotel reservation is made independently.
