Terms of participation

Registration fee:

- 750 Euros, if paid before March 15, 2016;
- 850 Euros, if paid before May 1, 2016;
- 900 Euros, if paid after May 1, 2016.

Group participation from the same company:

- From 3 to 5 participants - 10% discount;
- From 6 to 10 participants - 15% discount;
- More than 10 participants - 20% discount.

Last day of registration :

- For participants who need a visa to enter Uzbekistan – May 15, 2016;

- For participants who do not need a visa to enter Uzbekistan – May 25, 2016.

The registration fee includes:

• the right to participate in all activities of the Forum (from Wednesday of June 1 to Saturday of June 4)

• meals (lunch & dinner on June 1; lunch & dinner on June 2; breakfast, lunch and dinner on June 3; breakfast & lunch on June 4), coffee break, according to the program ;

• space for bilateral meetings;

• handouts ;

• simultaneous translation from Russian into English and from English into Russian throughout the conference ;

• registration of the company and delegates on website;

• transfer of participant from hotel to the conference venue ;

• trip to Bukhara (transportation costs Tashkent – Bukhara - Tashkent);

• accommodation in Bukhara.

The registration fee does not include international travel expenses (arrival in and departure from Tashkent), visa expenses, and hotel accommodation.

Contract and invoice will be sent after receiving the Application for participation. The application can be filled in and submitted by any of the following means: on-line (on www.saipro.uz), by fax, by mail, or by e-mail (info@saipro.uz).

Additionally, the Forum organisers can offer trips to the historic cities of Samarkand and Khiva, and mountain resorts located in Tashkent Region (Tian Shan mountain range). The organisation cost of these tours are incurred by the participants.

Hotel expenses are incurred by the participant.

If the participant has registered beforeMay 15, 2016, hotel reservation is carried out by the organiser.

If the participant has registered after May 15, 2016, hotel reservation is carried out by the participant him/herself.

Meals

The registration fee includes:

- Lunches – June 1, 2 (first two days of the Forum);

- Dinner – June 1 ( Day 1 of the Forum);

- Dinner – June 2 (Day 2);

- Coffee breaks – June 1 and 2 (Day 1 and 2);

- Lunch and dinner in the city of Bukhara, within the tour (Day 3);

- Breakfast and lunch in the city of Bukhara, within the tour (Day 4).

Trip to Bukhara

Trip to Bukhara, sightseeing tour of the city's historic sites, meals and accommodation in Bukhara (as well as entrance fees to museums, etc) are included in the registration fee.
