Terms of participation - 850 USD, if paid before September 30, 2016; Group participation from the same company: Registration fee includes: • right to participate in all activities of the Forum, including the exhibition (3-4 November) • meals (lunch, dinner 3 November; lunch, dinner 4 November), coffee break, according to the program; • participation in the film project “The Night of the AD Eaters”; • handouts ; • simultaneous translation from Russian into English and from English into Russian throughout the conference ; • registration of the company and delegates on website; • providing space at "Meeting Session". • transfer of participant from hotel to the conference venue ; • Meeting and transfer from airport • Trip to Samarkand (5-6 November 2016) includes: - transport fee Tashkent – Samarkand - Tashkent; * In case of non-participation in the trip to Samarkand, the registration fee decreases by 350 USD. The registration fee does not include transportation costs (arrival and departure from Tashkent), visa expenses and accommodation in the hotel. Junior Suite $528.00 Consists of two rooms: a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate sitting area, and a living room, furnished with a comfortable couch that invites to relax after a hard day. The two rooms are designed in a modern style and are separated by a single door that can be closed, if the living room is used for a meeting. Senior Suite $696.00 Is a two-room Suite with luxury furniture and a comfortable setting. Located on the 9th floor of the hotel, with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. Executive Suite $978.00 The Executive Suite is located on the 10th floor of the hotel, with a beautiful view overlooking Tashkent. A nicely furnished living room can serve you as a place to relax and enjoy a meal, and as a place to hold meetings. Adjoining to it are a large bedroom with a king-size bed and a comfortable bathroom offering a Jacuzzi and a separate shower stall. And of course there are all the necessary amenities, to make you stay in the hotel as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Presidential Suite $2530.00 Three impressive spacious luxury rooms are combined in a Presidential Suite located at the top floor of the hotel. The main room, decorated in decent color, welcomes you and your guests to relax. The room has beautiful modern furniture and is technologically equipped. The second room has a big table for ten people, that can be used both for dining and as a conference table. The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, a comfortable armchair, and a television set. Adjoining to the bedroom is a luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi and a private sauna. The Presidential Suite also has a small kitchen and a separate restroom for guests. All rooms offer 38 television channels, a mini-bar, a telephone that allows to make long-distance calls, a safe, and an individual AC control.
