Terms of participation

Registration fee:

- 750 Euros, if paid before February 1, 2014;

- 850 Euros, if paid before April 1, 2014;

- 900 Euros, if paid after April 1, 2014.

Group participation from the same company:

- From 3 to 5 participants - 10% discount;

- From 6 to 10 participants - 15% discount;

- More than 10 participants - 20% discount.

Last day of registration :

- For participants who require a visa to enter Uzbekistan - May 1, 2014;

- For participants who do not require a visa to enter Uzbekistan - May 10, 2014.

The registration fee includes:

• the right to participate in all activities of the Forum (Monday 19 May to Friday 23 May )

• Meals (evening cocktail on May 19; lunch & dinner on May 20; lunch & dinner on May 21; breakfast, lunch and dinner on May 22; breakfast & lunch on May 23), coffee break, according to the program ;

• space for bilateral meetings;

• handouts ;

• simultaneous translation from Russian into English and from English into Russian throughout the conference ;

• registration of the company and delegates on website;

• transfer of participant from hotel to the conference venue ;

• trip to Khiva (transportation costs Tashkent - Khiva - Tashkent);

• Accommodation in Khiva.

Registration fee does not include international travel expenses (arrival in and departure from Tashkent), visa expenses and hotel accommodation.

Contract and invoice will be sent after receiving of Application for participation. Application can be filled in and submitted: on-line (at www.saipro.uz), by fax, by mail and by e-mail (info@saipro.uz).

Additionally, the Forum organizers can offer trips to the historic cities of Bukhara and Samarkand, and mountain resorts located in Tashkent region (Tien Shan mountain range). Costs of organizing these tours are paid by the participants.

Participant pays for stay in hotel.

When registering before May 1, 2013, hotel reservation is made by the organizer.

When registering after May 1, 2013, hotel reservation is made independently.

Meals

The registration fee includes:

- Lunches - May 20, 21 (first two days of the Forum);

- Cocktail - May 19 (day of registration);

- Dinner - May 20 ( Day 1 of the Forum);

- Dinner - May 21 (Day 2);

- Coffee breaks - May 20 and 21 (Day 1 and 2);

- Lunch and dinner in city of Khiva, within the tour (Day 3);

- Breakfast and lunch in the city of Khiva, within the tour (Day 4).

Trip to Khiva

Trip to Khiva, sightseeing tour of the city's historic sites, meals and accommodation in Khiva (as well as entrance fees to museums, etc) are included in the registration fee.
