Giuseppe Faieta
General Director
CRIF Russia
Since joining CRIF Decision Solutions in 1999, Giuseppe has been dealing with decision Support Systems as a Business Consultant for several decisioning projects in Italy and several other countries such as Portugal, Spain, Greece, Russia, Poland, Croatia, etc.

From 2003 to 2005, Giuseppe joined TransUnionCRIF Joint Venture in Mexico City, as a Sales Director, and among his main duties there was the launch of the credit bureau score for the Mexican market through the main Credit Bureau in Mexico (Buró de Crédito), the development and launch into the market of the first Application Processing System in Outsourcing basis, deals of main credit risk management solutions such as scoring models & decision engines for important institutions such as Banorte, Daimler Chrysler, Ford, FIRA - Banco de México -, etc.

From 2005 to 2010 Giuseppe joined CRIF International Division in Italy, as a Business Development Manager. He was responsible of the business development for the Decision Support Systems in countries such as Russia, Poland, Romania, Greece, Croatia, former CIS countries among others. Giuseppe has also taken part on the support for the development and launch of Credit Bureaus such as the of the National Bureau of Credit Histories in Russia and HROK in Croatia.

From November 2010 Giuseppe became CRIF Russia General Director as well as CRIF Wider Regional Manager for the CIS Region.

Marlena Hurley
Director for Business Development

Marlena Hurley has 20 years of experience working in the international economic arena, focusing over the past 10 years on developing information solutions for the financial services sector in Eastern Europe and the CIS.

She is currently Director of Business Development for CRIF Russia, where she is developing new business opportunities for information and risk management services in various areas of the financial services sector, including the banking, microfinance and insurance sectors.

Ms Hurley has been working with CRIF and its partner TransUnion since 2003, when she developed a credit bureau initiative that resulted in the National Bureau of Credit Histories (NBCH), the largest credit bureau in Russia, in which CRIF and TransUnion are technology partners and shareholders. Ms Hurley also helped shape the Law on Credit Histories of the RF by providing industry insight to the Duma Committee on Financial Markets in a series of discussions. From 2006-2009 she developed the CRIF credit bureau in Hungary.

Prior to joining CRIF, she was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at The US-Russia Investment Fund (Delta Capital Management).

Ms. Hurley is a native of Austria and has worked in the US, Russia, Indonesia, and Hungary. She holds an M.B.A. in International Business from George Washington University and an M.A. in Russian Studies from the University of Graz. She currently resides in Moscow.


 

Natalia Shchelovanova
CRIF Regional Market Manager

Starting from February, 2006 Natalia, as a Regional Market Manager for Russia has joint CRIF. Natalia has been carrying out activities in business development area as well as organization and managing of CRIF Collections services.

Prior to joining CRIF, Natalia was a Project manager and Head of Medium-size enterprises lending program in ZAO “Raiffeisenbank Austria”, Moscow. Being developed from scratch, MSE lending program presumes clientele servicing and providing all kinds of lending facilities for small and medium-size corporate clients.

Natalia has broad experience in retail business sector being involved both in Customer relationship management and new products development in DeltaCredit bank (mortgage lending) from its start-up in 2002, and prior to that – The US-Russia Investment fund (currently known as Delta Financial Services) with active developing and implementation of Bank-partners Small-business lending program and Microfinance lending with microfinance organizations in different regions of Russia.


 

Andrey Putyatin
Senior Project Manager

As the Senior Project Manager of CRIF LLC, Andrey Putyatin is responsible for the implementation, the evolvement and the support of Loan Origination processes automation projects for major Russian banks. A most revealing example of such projects are solutions of Loan Origination processes automation implemented for the retail and SME segments for Uralsib Bank and then successfully rolled out over the whole Uralsib Bank's network. These solutions continue to evolve and grow.

Andrey Putyatin closely works with the company’s customers and prospects (mostly large banks and financial institutions) providing them with consultancy services aimed to workflow optimization and creating new solutions for the financial market based on the company's software products targeted to the improvement of the customer relationship management processes.

Before joining CRIF LLC Andrey Putyatin has been heading an IT consultancy department in a financial holding company which performs IT audit within the companies of the holding as well as its customers, develops IT strategies and designs appropriate IT solutions, using company’s IT products and solutions.

Andrey Putyatin has been graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (Technical University) and completed the post-graduate study there.


 

Paul Randall
Managing Director
Creditinfo Decision
Paul Randall has over 26 years experience in various areas of credit risk management, the last 16 years working as part of bureau group companies.

Worked for Banks and Finance Lenders, Credit Bureaus and Risk Management Consultancy.

Worked for Equifax, Experian and Creditinfo. He is now Running a company (Creditinfo Decision) delivering scorecard and consultancy services focusing on CEE and CIS region.

Paul has huge experience with Credit Bureau, currently his company is providing services to 12+ credit bureau.


 

Alexey Statsenko
Key Account Manager

Main activities are focused on:

- Partcipated in application processing, fraud identification and collection projects which all included the scoring, decision making and processing of the respective product types. Prepared and participated in the training activities;

- Focusses mainly on solution for automated application processing, automated collection/litigation for all banking, insurenace and non-financial segments, data source connecting and the establishment of credit bureaus and registers;

- Key Account Management – cooperates with clients from financial segment, analysing the business requiremenmts and recomending the right solutions. Among his customer belong banks, leasing companies and insurance companies in the countries Creditinfo operates, special the russian-speaking and Central Asia countries.


 

Olena Kovbel
Ànalyst - consultant
Creditinfo Decision

Since 2007, Olena an analyst and consultant in Creditinfo Decision. The main focus of the professional activities is on data analyses and development of various  scorecards’ types (application, behaviour, collection, fraud models, etc.).

Highlights:

- Development and monitoring of scoring models for international and local banks in Eastern and Central Europe;

- Co-authored the research on risk management environment and standard practices in Russian market;

- Creation of credit bureau scorecards in Ukraine and Germany;

- Risk management consultancy for major lenders;

- Delivered promotional materials on Creditinfo Decision’s services.
